studio 1a in rockefeller plaza. good morning, everyone. welcome to "today." i'm savannah guthrie, along with matt lauer, al roker and natalie morales. we're all back from the inauguration. some of us had an inaugural experience a little more memorable than others. >> you have to come out of your shell. that was wild. >> it was an odd moment. i was very grateful. very appreciative. the president acknowledging, and then the vice president. >> acknowledging? you're hard to ignore. >> i'm like a car alarm. >> it was going to get you a handshake or cuffs. one of the two. >> looking right at you. >> and then the vice president. >> mr. vice president! mr. vice president! >> it was great. we all loved it. egging you on. here he comes.
